| 我的word最近一点击就出现一个提示框“The winword.exe has to abnormal termination." 然后就关闭了，所有的word文档都无法打开，怎么回事？请大虾指点迷津，救救我的这些文档。 |

先将normal文件保存到软盘，然后将其删除。若不行，再重装试试。 |
